VITA and Vita Veins physicians see patients in our private office located near the hospital, located at 916 South Broad Street in Thomasville, GA. The clinic is located on Broad Street, behind the Shaw Center for Women OB/GYN. We are located up the street from the Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) and across the street from the New Archbold Oncology Center.

Directions from Valdosta:: Take 84 West into Thomasville (84W becomes Smith Avenue in Thomasville). Take a left at Hansell Street and stay straight on Hansell Street. Go to the next red light, that is Broad Street, take a left. Go three blocks, our office sign is on the right, across from the construction site (will be the new Archbold Oncology Center). Our sign says VITA and Vita Veins. Take a right into the parking lot and we are the second building you will see. We have VITA and Vita Veins signs on the building and reserved parking spaces with Dr. Timothy Daniel and Dr. Craig Yokley, our doctors, on them. Take a right into the parking lot and we are the second building on the left that you will see. Call (229) 226-0125 if you are having trouble finding our office.
Directions from Bainbridge/Cairo:: Take 84 East to Thomasville. As soon as you approach Thomasville, you will see a flashing light. At this point, continue to go straight, the road will become a two lane road (Cairo Road). Go straight through downtown Thomasville. Take a left on Jackson Street. The next light is Broad Street, take a right onto it. Cross the railroad tracks and continue through Hansell Street, once you pass Hansell Street, we are three blocks down on the right across the street from the new Archbold Oncology Center (it looks like a construction site). Take a right into the parking lot and we are the second building you will see. We have VITA and Vita Veins signs on the building and reserved parking spaces with Dr. Timothy Daniel and Dr. Craig Yokley, our doctors, on them. Directions from Albany:: Take 19 South into Thomasville. Just past Lowe's, take the 84 exit and turn right on 84 East. This turns into Smith Avenue. Go straight into downtown Thomasville until you come to Broad Street. Take a right onto Broad Street, cross the railroad tracks, and continue through the Hansell Street light. Once you pass Hansell Street, go a few more blocks and our office sign is on the right, it reads VITA and Vita Veins. Take a right into the parking lot and we are the second building you will see. Directions from Tallahassee; 319/Thomasville Road:: Take 319 North into Thomasville. In downtown Thomasville, take a right onto Broad Street. After crossing the railroad tracks, continue through one more light (Hansell Street). Go three more blocks, and our office sign is on the right, it reads VITA and Vita Veins. Take a right into the parking lot and we are the second building you will see. We have VITA and Vita Veins signs on the building and reserved parking spaces with Dr. Timothy Daniel and Dr. Craig Yokley, our doctors, on them. Directions from Tallahassee; 19/FL-GA Highway:: Take 19 North through Monticello. Ten miles beyond the FL-GA state line, look for a blue "H" sign indicating to turn left to go to the hospital. Turn left here onto Old Monticello Road. Just beyond the second stoplight, you will see the construction site for the new Archbold Oncology Center. Look for the VITA and Vita Veins sign. Take a left into the parking lot and we are the second building you will see. We have VITA and Vita Veins signs on the building and reserved parking spaces with Dr. Timothy Daniel and Dr. Craig Yokley, our doctors, on them. Directions from Moultrie: Take 319 South to Thomasville. Cross 19 and keep going straight. You will be on Jackson Street. Take Jackson Street until the fourth traffic light (road should be two lane and there is a Church's Chicken on the left). Take a left onto Hansell Street. Take Hansell Street through three traffic lights, at the third light, take a left onto Broad Street. Go three more blocks, and our office sign is on the right, it reads VITA and Vita Veins. Take a right into the parking lot and we are the second building you will see.
